Training and Facilitation
Just in time, integrated learning that sticks.

Large organizations typically rely on online universities, workshops and training to create the leaders and team players they need. With these types of learning, studies show that retention is often low or dwindles over time and most people aren’t able to make real, substantive changes to their day to day work.
Coaching provides an alternative to live or on-line courses with an excellent return on investment and the capacity to create productive energized individuals and teams. Studies show that retention of traditional training delivery modes are often low in retention or that integration dwindles over time. Most people aren’t able to make real, substantive changes to their day to day work.
Coaching is experiential learning which is customized to your team and allows for practicing and deepening their learning over time so that new skill sets and patterns are established. Greater integration happens by working day to day with real challenges. Additionally, through team coaching I see greater ownership and shared accountability for results.
This type of learning can take place in small or large groups, teams or project groups.
