In today’s rapidly changing world, organizations are challenged to remain competitive, to retain talented employees and remain financially viable. Addressing complexity requires embracing ambiguity with a growth mindset in rapidly changing environments. At the same time, harnessing the effectiveness of employees by having structures and processes that keep them aligned and focused on the goals of the organization provides consistency and lowers stress.
